Driven Fitness Mission: To inspire the love of movement
Discover the Driven Fitness F.I.T. Method…
It means FUN, INTERACTIVE TRAINING. Exercise shouldn’t be boring. Your trainer shouldn’t be just putting you through the paces. It should be fun! You should be interacting with your trainer, with your classmates and with your environment…whether we are in the gym, at a park or at the beach. Your workouts will never be the same and they should always be FUN!
Our promise: You should leave each and every class feeling motivated, inspired…and SWEATY! If you haven’t laughed at least once. If you don’t leave class wanting more…please tell us! We want to know about it.

Bio & Philosophy
I believe in fitness for life, not just fitness for looks. Good health and fitness start from the inside out. As you become fit within, you’ll see the results on the outside too! My own passion for health and fitness started when I was very young. As an overactive child in Southern California, my mom enrolled me in ballet class when I was only four years old. I was immediately hooked and ten years of training in tap, jazz and ballet followed. As I grew older, my interests expanded to include swimming, running, kickboxing and yoga.
My training philosophy centers around the “load to unload” principle. In other words, a muscle must be stretched, or loaded, before it can maximally and effectively contract, or unloaded. In my sessions you will load your muscles in a variety of ways in order to encourage proper contraction and therefore better function in life’s activities. Using my own experience in dance and yoga, along with teachings from amazing professionals in my industry, including Physical Therapists, like Gary Gray and Christina Christie and Strength/Conditioning Specialists such as Todd Durkin, I strive to to create fun, fluid, effective workouts.
I believe in addressing three key areas during exercise: balance and flexibility, strength, and cardio fitness. In my sessions you will always get a mix of all three. And yes, there will be lots of stretching! I believe in practical training that will help my clients in their everyday lives, whether they love to golf, ski, or play with their kids. Being fit is more than just wearing that “perfect” size in jeans. It is about developing each key area to improve one’s overall health and lifestyle.
