Why choose to work with me?

As a personal trainer for almost 20 years, I have worked with countless women struggling through the menopause journey. I have a B.A. in Exercise Science and my Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which gave me a solid foundation. To build upon my expertise, I'm one of the few trainers in the region who also possesses additional certifications in fitness training and weight loss for women going through the Change. Finally, as a female in her late 40's I'm right there with you! Experiencing all of the highs and lows this stage of life brings. Guided Program

Learn how to balance your hormones naturally and reach your weight loss goals. The 5-week BASICS program gives you more individual access to your coach. You receive everything in the self-guided program weekly emails teaching you one of our 4 cornerstones and get
a weekly 1:1 check in call with your coach
to help you customize your program (5 total).​After you finish the Basics program, you can opt to join my private group called the Vibrant Life Club where you'll have a safe space and supportive group to help you practice what you learned and create lifelong habits. ​This program does not include fitness classes

Guided Program + Fitness Training

Our one-on-one program is for you if you want a fully customized experience PLUS semi-private training sessions. You receive everything in the other programs + 8 semi-private training sessions with your coach (in-studio or on zoom).

Group Program

The group program is perfect for those who want the motivation of working in a group format. You receive everything in the self-guided program + a weekly group Zoom coaching call.
