Driven Fitness programs are centered around our flagship 30-minute Cross Training classes.
Cross Training means you use a various types of equipment and perform a variety of exercises, including cardio, strength and balance, during one class to achieve max results.
And you want to get the most out of your workout time. That’s why our 30-minute fitness classes use total-body exercises and high intensity intervals to achieve calorie burn that lasts long after you finish your workout. Choose between one 30-minute class or stay for back-to-back classes to complete 60 minutes. It’s up to your schedule, your ability level and goals.
which means training for everyday life. We like to incorporate movements that will help you do the things you love to do outside the studio, whether it’s mountain biking, gardening or playing with your kids.

We offer two intro programs so you can see what Driven is all about: two weeks of classes for $25 or one semi-private session for $20. After your trial, you can choose from a variety of monthly membership packages and punch cards. Class packages range from $100-$167/month and semi-private packages range from $152-$390/month.
